After a record breaking season and the loss of all five starters, and now the news of no coach Saunders, what kind of season will the young Rebels have?

I would say the assistant coach Larry Howe will take the head coaching job.

He is a good coach, but he lost alot of talent.

I know Larry is a great coach and would be good no matter where he coached. I hope the administration agree before they lose a coach like him. I know atleast one other place that wants him to come onboard!!!! I hope he gets what he wants because he will work hard to make them right.

He may be on his way to his Alma mater,word there has been Coach Moore has to clean house on the Varsity staff.

why would larry go be an assistant at gallipolis when he could come to symmes valley. South Gallia is making a good decision to keep Larry. The program is very stable and he will be fine. Larry works hard and will keep the program going.

Did Coach Howell get the job??? I hate to see Coach Saunders go....he brought a lot of respect and class to the program that really needed it!!!! But Coach Howell could not have been a better choice!!! Hopefully everyone will buy into his defensive minded style!!!! Just hope that they hire him some good assistants and Jr High coaches!!!!
