You can't just magically use the designated hitter spot lol, of Sano started off as the DH and came in to pitch, then the DH is wiped out and Rodgers has to move to a position if you want to keep your 4 hole hitter in the game.

If the player being hit for enters the game the original DH cannot come into another spot in the lineup, in fact, the only way they can return to the game is to re-enter Isn't he same spot in which case they both cannot play defense at the same time...
Please tell me that this wasn't allowed in a regional final.

Athens led only one time in the game, but it was when it mattered most.

The 6th inning was the magic moment. Down 8-5, only 4 outs left in the season - Athens scores 3 to tie the game. That was absolutely huge.

For some reason I thought that was Dawson in there when Marietta was up right when Athens went to Sano. I thought the game was over when Hill hit that 2 run triple off Sano
