Short yardage I would take Terry Mowery. Never lost a yard his entire varsity carrier.

Dennis Bacon had speed and power. Many games he had pads off by start of the 4th quarter. Brown stead great TD fullback. Pound for pound none much better than Mowery and Boykin

Yea those were some great players. I tried to add Terry Mowery and Bob Smith to the Poll. I'm not sure if it's showing up or not yet, I'll keep working on it.

Only played against two of those guys, king and white. I say Mark was very underrrated. Hard nosed, fast and played on some pretty good teams.

If you mean Delanduel Conwell he was a RB. Heath Brownstead was the FB on that team. We had him on our top RB poll last week. He was a beast who knows how good he could have been if he didn't have health issues. If that was who your were talking about Zebra. If that was not who your were talking about pay me no mind.

I don't remember if he ran fb or tb but danny pride was one of the best iv'e seen from ironton since the 60's. jmo.
