Tristan Myers battled inside and can shoot from beyond the arc; Bird McNeil can shoot and plays good defense. He will be a huge key for Logan at the point when he is running the offense, imo. Overall though, the first 5 looked good and they got quality minuets from Joey Cottrill and Nick Kost last night.

Just wondering, are you still banking on 15 wins? Call me crazy - I just don`t see it. I dont even see them coming close to that number of wins.

Logan grad like to live in a dream world where everything is sugar coated. At best Logan will win 10-12 games and that is if they are luckly. Hope for the best BUT prepare for the worst!

Dave;
Yes I think Logan can win 15 games. They have the talent.

Moon; Im confused....so 15 wins is a "dream world where everything is sugar coated" but you went out a such a huge limb that 12 wins is such a huge difference?? :122248 And even at 10 wins, how can that be "the worst????" Thats almost DOUBLE the win total from a year ago. How is that the worst scenario? Thats a 140% better than the previous year. Sounds good to me.....

Logan travels to Dublin Jerome Tuesday night for another scrimmage, which I think is the final scrimmage unless another has been added. Logan opens up the 2012-13 season next Tuesday at Athens and then SEOAL play next Friday at Chillicothe.

Logan did struggle but had two starters out with the flu. Gabe Smith got great minutes which will only help him this season. Good to see other role players get the minutes they need during that scrimmage. Logan now heads into the season to face SEOAL foe Chillicothe who will have played 3 games by the time Logan comes to town next week. It will be the season opener for the Chiefs.

From the article in the local rag The chiefs might be lucky to win 10 games this year! Lack of size, lack of depth will spell trouble this year! Hope for the best prepare for the worst!

Moonshine, I have said it before, If John gets to 10 wins he should be the coach of the year, and I hope they get there, but I dont see it. The problem with the article is the players are shorter than it says. Josh Vermillion is NOT 6'2. I know this because I saw and talked him the other day and if you look at the picture Mustner and Klinger are shorter than he is. The lack of size is going to really hurt them.

Logan travels to Chillicothe tonight. The Cavs coming off a tough loss to Amanda CC and Logan looks to open the season with a win. I think this one will be close with the Chiefs getting the W.The Cavs were down 41-25 in the 4th period before falling 48-47. The Cavs are 0-3 on the season. I think the game will be on 98.3 SAM FM on Logan and 1490 WBEX in Chillicothe.
