Unioto was up 6-1 with 5 minutes left. Gallia played a great 1st half to keep it tied at the half, but a quick 10 minute burst from Unioto made it 4-0 quickly.

Peebles 5 North Adams 0

Peebles moves to 16-0-1 on the season. I believe Crothers(could be off on Stone's total for today) and Pryor both scored two goals in this one to put their season totals to 29 and 27 respectively.

Wholly_Shnikeys wrote:titans842, you're right... i haven't commented on any other scores because nothing jumps out at you like 19-0. my bad for expressing my distaste with the way that game was handled. and sure, if a team can put together 10 passes and score on a header 19 times that's impressive, but peebles isn't that good, trust me. and if that was the case then make it 20, 30, 40 passes...if they're that good that's not too many rules for a team to handle vs an over matched opponent... the point is that a knowledgeable coach would make a plan to get something positive out of that game. there are too many things you can do on a soccer field possession and attacking wise to get better, but if peebles has it figured out then more power to them and i cant wait to see them mow down teams in the tourney. and again, this isn't an attack on peebles or a call of sympathy towards piketon, this is a comment towards the people in charge of this embarrassing score. it's what you would call "bush league" in the game of baseball, or "unnecessary" for the lack of a better term. im done talking about it and i wish them good luck going forward.

Peebles isnt that good? No one in southern ohio is that good that I have seen in D3. The game should have been canceled, I blame that on Piketon coach more than anything. I guess peebles should have just played with 4 kids and a goalie. C'mon, its not bush league. This is comical. It's VARSITY. They probably could have scored 30+ goals if they left their man guys in. Get over it.

Titan, that was posted a week ago. Sounds like you're the one that needs to get over it. Mistakes happen, let them go. It's tourney time now.

The last post about it was the 12th, so no one had talked about it for nearly a week.
