John Vanderpool, Unioto.

Offense: 18 carries, 226 yards, TD
Defense: 5 tackles, 1 sack, 4 INT's(2 returned for TD)

All of that in 3 quarters of a 42-7 win over Southeastern on Unioto's homecoming.

Irontons Patrick Lewis 15 carries for 265 yards and 3 TD's against AAAA #4 Ranked (D2 Ohio) Ashland, KY (4-0)

He had TD runs of 53, 62 and 70 yards.

He also plays both ways but I don't have Defensive stats.

Minfords Austin Carter is my vote for Player of the Week.
Carter finished the night with 183 yards on 20 carries and a TD. A few of those carries, he also carried a couple of Trojan defenders on his back with his feet still churning. He also picked up 9 tackles on D. That man's a work horse.

Crager was held to 60 yards rushing but it doesn't say how many carries, according to the Daily Independent.

I would go with Tanner Wood or Alex Tritipo...Athens Bulldogs defeated Jackson. Joey Burrow was great with his legs, accounting for 85% of the Athens offense...but defense was led by those two seniors!

Got to be Lewis of Ironton. The kid has made the difference between winning and losing in the last two games. Putting up great numbers!
