They have a field goal kicker who can put them in from 40+ as we saw at Wellston. When you have a kicker that is money at 25-30 yards get the points.
I dont think anyone from Minford or West expected the game to be a track meet, and it wasnt. 3 pts early is a good start to what potentially ended up being a defensive game.
