Awesome news! Sure wish I could be there. Have been to two of these wonderful events, if you live nearby make it a point to go out to watch some great basketball and as a bonus, some awesome food. Thank you coach.

Piketon and RedStreak Nation will travel south for a Friday Night Lights encounter. It'll be a reunion as Coach L was at the helm of the RedStreaks for 9 seasons and the current RedStreak staff was with him during his Piketon tenure. Should be a entertaining evening, especially with former Trojan/RedStreak "Stan the Man" on the microphone.

Re: Bannon Park Classic Returns
Portsmouth defeated Dayton northridge to win the high school division, piketon loaded the bus and left after only one game that they lost to Portsmouth for some unknown reason.
Team Dayton won adult division after coming back through the loser bracket, great times

Re: Bannon Park Classic Returns
Streaks had only signed up for opening game back several months ago due to scheduling. Half the team had been at Rio Hardwork Camp since Sunday so their tanks were empty. Came right from camp to meet up. Was down couple key players with injuries. Played all 11 players significant minutes to enjoy the event and atmosphere. It was end of organized team events with allowable days/games. Additionally after a hard June of shootouts & Jackson League, team left right from the game and enjoyed a nice supper at Buffalo Wild Wings.
With all that being said, Enjoyed a tough fought game of back and forth street ball with the Trojans and hope both teams season paths result in Convo visits. Trojans sizzled the nets from 3-land outside. It was impressive. Streaks have a lot of respect for Coach Collins and what he's doing year end and year out with the Trojans.
Missed meeting up with Coach Lisath. Hope he's doing well. Of course it was nice talking with Stan the Man who had nice things to say about the Streaks.
Thanks to all at the event for the nice welcome mat.
