That South Webster team had 2 Div.1 players--very legitimate team. They are second only to the Chil. team that won the state.

Division 1 players doesnt mean jack. (in fact the worst 75 teams of Div 1 teams have less talent than the top 25 Div 2 and NAIA schools (FACT) It doesnt mean they were the the best team. If you belive a can only be good if they have DI colleges players your ignorant. This forum asked for Top 5 teams. The way I see it if they all played each other, what order would the finish. I feel Webster wouldnt make top five. They were too weak. They asked a question, you dont like the answer you probably went to that little division school Webster.

I laugh at the Chillicothe and Portsmouth on top locally. Chillicothe yes. Portsmouth??? NOOOO. They are D3 school so you should hate them obv. The Ptown that went to state couldn't hold a candle to the SW, Burg, and Ironton teams. You underestimate these smaller schools. Doesn't matter if they are small or not they all could play. And they all beat up on your big schools you're so fond of. They weren't too weak at all. Those teams were complete with size, ball handlers, shooters, defensive studs, rebounders, and depth. They weren't your normal small school teams. If you think those big schools are THAT much better then you must be from one of those big division schools

Wasnt impressed enough with the Webster team, in fact I cannot include any D3 or D4 teams in a top five due to this is about really who would come out on top out of all teams if the had a system like Kentucky etc. Everyone plays everyone. I do not feel the D3 or D4 teams could put their names in there with the D1 or D2 schools. Sorry thats just how I feel. Its a different caliber of player and team Dymanic. Chillicothe and Portsmouth on top locally though.
I think D3 is the Southeast's strongest division most years. What D2 team(other than that Chilli team) would you put in front of the D3/D4 Ironton, Webster, and Wheelersburg teams mentioned? Logan Elm?

I will agree with you that in the last few years D3 has had the best teams in SEO but I must say Chilli and McClain OT game at the convo was one of the best games I have watched. I would put both these teams toward the top. I know McClain didn't make it to the state but had Jackson not fouled out they might have.Logan Elm also had some pretty good teams around 05-08.Ironton state team and Webster state team was very good as well.

I completely forgot about Dante's McClain teams. Not sure how I could forget the beating they gave Jon Diebler's Upper Sandusky squad. Hard to say how they would compare to Webster, Burg, or Ironton.

South Webster won the state title in 05-06 why are you talking about 06-07? South Webster beat Waverly by 25 the 05-06 season. Burg beat Waverly by 15pts in their first matchup in 06-07. They were obviously the better team.

1-1 obviously? Top 10 team yes, top 5 no if they were that good they would have never been beaten by them period, sounds like adams county problem solving lol

lol Where are you from? Scioto County? Pike County? Kentucky? Good luck trying to convince me of your intelligence after you argued a team with a state championship and multiple D1 players isn't a top 5 squad this past decade. It's hard to debate ignorance. I'll take my Adams county reasoning elsewhere :122249.

In '05-'06 year, Waverly wasn't within 30 points of SW. '06-'07 they probably did win but I'm not talking about the '06-'07 team you GOON. They cobra is trying to act smart and he sounds very ignorant. Read up on your facts pal

Hey Cheech, I thought you meant 06-07 instead of 05-06 when you posted about 06-07 Burg my mistake but dude why so angry? My opinion that SW when all teams D1 and down are considered wouldnt be top 5 sorry. TribeManic holding on to Peebles doing something?
