Valley @ New Boston 10/9

Post by 817 »

Valley travels to New Boston tonight. It was a close game last time. Thoughts?

both teams are pretty much out of the running for the SOC. tonights game is about RESPECT. GHS challenged the Jeeps much more than the indians the 2nd time around. This will be a GAME!

THis one boils down to one question... Who wants it mohr? if Winters comes to play the Indians will have the upperhand. If Mohr comes to play New B. will right there with them. I'm calling for a "Stone Cold Stunner" in this match.

New Br. 5
Vally 4

Jazzercise you totally stole my "mohr" play on words. You need to be mohr original. U did make it up by resurrecting "stone cold" so I digress.
NB is more one dimensional than valley, but this game is also on grass, favoring NB, making this prediction a tough one.
2x a charm for my prediction. Valley Redux 4-3

GHS gets on a role to head into tourney play. Just depends on which team keeps their heads and plays 80min of soccer. I see this being an old time slobber knocker. NB remporter 2-0.

NB has played a tougher non-conference schedule than Valley which should better prepare them for this game

Will depend on which defense for New Boston shows up. The defense that holds a high line way too long allowing Winters to run in behind them or the defense that drops quickly taking away the space behind them. Hopefully NB won't try the offsides trap. That doesn't work well against speed.

Ok wait a second. i think we can add jazzhands to the redcard/keegan/swanker pins/savethenite list. pretty sure they're all the same people. hmmmmmm. no one would use mohr twice. :122246

Indians run away with this one. Close for awhile 1-1 half. Then valley pulls away 5-1.

When you say "i think" it leads people to believe you weren't there, or that you weren't paying attention. I hope you weren't reffing this game...

Officially I am done reporting the score. As for reffing jazz mitts, maybe I was.....
Not really, game needed a few more cards to settle down the players and play the game though. Thought it was a sub par job
