Week 9 Trimble at Southern

Southern played well last night against the tomcats. Hopefully the young man from southern is ok to play next week. He ran really hard against a very stingy tomcat defense.
On Trimble side they outgained southern 411 yards to southerns 129 yet they only scored 21 points.
They had 2 costly fumbles in the red zone and a dropped TD pass in the endzone. They also stalled out on another drive inside the 20 also. Gave up an onside kick right after half.
They need to clean up their play this week vs Federal Hocking so they can lock down a home playoff game. They have already clinched a playoff game but Im sure the cats would rather play at Glouster Memorial Stadium than anywhere else.

I see that Southern is edging out Trimble in the poll for this game. Such nonsense would have been laughable back before the big change in the jr high staff. Is this where that "different direction" crap has taken us? To a place where Southern is picked to beat us? WOW Timmy!
