They might need him late for a set piece to decide the game against coshocton....
thats what my resources are telling me as well. big loss for the jeeps if true. kid has a 42 inch vertical, but thats about it. they call him the corner commander for good reason, if this kid scores he follows it with his signiture fist pump and back handspring.. drives the fans crazy... but other than that the kid cant handle the ball and doesnt really belong on the field. but could effect the jeeps set pieces tomorrow...

i agree with keagan, coshocton by as many as they want. The Jeeps lucked out against the Pirates, they won't be so lucky against the powerhouses of D3.

I mean no disrespect by this, but three straight 2-0 wins seems very consistent to me, and incapable of being classified as luck...the burg played a very solid game the last time around, but came up short. Don't disrespect either club by labeling a win or loss as luck.

If you call being homered consistent then you're spot on son, and the game at burg was sketchy as well. I would never disrespect the burg. Enjoy your time now, the pirates will be back.

I'll admit the officiating was terrible in the tournament game. The AR's might as well been corner flags. Absolute jokes IMO.

Yea, when I step back and look at it I may have under estimated the Jeeps, but not this time. To much red and black in Jackson Saturday. Jeeps luck runs out. 4-3 in overtime.

I hope the Rowe boys are ready to play, and Goodard brings his A game in the mid. Kiel up front is due for a break out game again. Bever and Derek fuller are playing great right now for the Jeeps. With so many injures and sick players I hope they can get past this one. Schott Furgieson is on the IR as of Friday.

Just talked to a Buddy of mine from Jackson local schools. The field has a good drain system so the terential downpour shouldn't be an issue. Fergusin game time decision for jeeps. If he can go this sets up the jeeps re starts with precise execution. I look for a strong game. Probably more than 80 minutes. And beyond 10 kickers in the shootout. Both coaches have already told JV players to get mentally ready. We may have a Bucky dent or a bill Buckner in this one. Anticipation, makin me wait, keepin me wait.

As far as Furgunsin goes... no comment. As for the game we're still set to kick off at 3:30. I will try to keep everyone posted if an changes arise. Conditions are looking ugly right now.

Hate to hear about Fergson on the IR. I really hate that for the kid. He just needs to get healthy and be ready for next season. Hopefully this doesnt bring the Jeeps down at all. Lets go Jeeps. Represent the SOC well today!!

Just spoke to both ADs and game is on at normal time. I will update if game time changes. Ohsaa has supplied officials with new turf ball that has exceptional traction on wet surface. This could make quality of play close to normal conditions.

Shocking. Almost as shocking as some of the calls in this one. Jeeps scratching their heads as they left the field. Shouldn't have happened this way for these guys. I usually call it like it is... And I will. Jeeps got jobbed IMO

Ref blew that call. I dont think he meant to, but still shouldnt have blown whistle so fast to rob jeeps of a goal.
good season jeeps.

This was a well played game to bad it ended in such a fashion. Would have liked to have seen the two teams playing decide the outcome of the game. Maybe it would have been the same, but who knows.

Sometimes refs are the hardest opponent you'll face in a match. This one was good (in the bad sense)! Anyway, we'll see what comes of the Review by the OHSAA. I received a response from Mr. Richards (Pres.) that they had received the case/ file but the reviewing process can take up to 2-4 weeks. A potential licence revocation might be at hand. With that being said, great season Jeeps! You played your hearts out.
