Any word on a Jamboree game this year? Maybe Coach Burke is using his time to conduct a back to basics football camp!

66 im hearing soph lane little is most likely the qb. lane isnt the tallest but he can move in the pocket and has a pretty good arm.

...1987chieftains - I have heard the same - that Lane Little will be the QB - have also heard all of the descriptors that '87 pointed out doesn't have size BUT has quicks, can move in the pocket, a decent arm AND he is smart ( a head for the game, understands the game, knowledgable, makes good decisions) ... Lanes TEAM to guide on the offensive end, wish the youngster nothing but the best in being put in such a key position under rather short notice ... BUT he is THERE, he WILL give it 100%, he WILL be a leader, he WILL do everything he is asked to do AND make the necessary adjustments on the field based on the changes that will need to be made as plays/situations unfold ... LL WILL get it done ...

Probably a good thing they do play him this year, this way Logan will have experience at the most important position on the field the next 2 years.

Reserves didnt play that much that nite. Miller gave Logan all they wanted. I would have like to see the out come if the Ray Jenks didnt get hurt on the second or thrid play of the game (broken ankle) Miller played with a thrid team QB that nite.
And the big back Logan didnt have an answer he was a two way player yea he did run out of gas but that fisrt two possesions
no one wanted a piece of him.

Looks like the chiefs are scheduling down to get some wins and maybe bring Tue numbers up.

Could be New Coach and AD maybe we can schedule Miller and Southern!
You sure your not from Athens

The game I saw was on a Saturday night and it was Logan's reserves playing the whole game. I'm sure it was the 1964 season. Bill Fickle was put in the 2nd half ,running back, and he was a junior. Also I'm sure Miller won the game.
