I wish I had info top share on the Gales but since I just moved to the Cincinnati area I have not had a chance to see them scrimmage or practice at all.

Looks like the only scrimmage they had was a quad against Olentangy,Kenton and Marion-Franklin.Supposedly M-F looked the best out of all those teams.

Rob always has his team ready! Maybe we need to send a squaw to scout them there Gales! I am sure that Coach Burke has some insight into the Gales program.

They supposedly got one of their biggest D-Lines in years,that's a scary thought if they can move! 6-6 280, 6-4 270, 6-4 240, 6-1 220.

Sounds like this week has been all about getting better tackling and defense. Def line looked like it could be solid last week and it all starts up front

Won't be long. Tough hard nosed chieftain football will be back in full force, imo.

Won't be able to make it to the Jamboree game tonight; however, from what I've heard from sources close to the Generals this is going to be a rebuilding year for them.

I know a lot of people are picking them close to 6-4 this year, several programs in the MVL have became competitive again and Sheridan's talent isn't what it has been.

But regardless of what is said, Coach Culver will have his team prepped and ready to hit tonight. I would expect to see depth hurt the Chieftains more than anything as always the Generals team last year gave a chance for several Juniors/Sophomores to gain necessary game experience.

Glad this is only a scrimmage because I'm not sure I could pick a winner.

My sources say Sheridan will probably finish 4th in the MVL this year. Tri-Valley looks to be top dog with Philo and Maysville having good teams. New Lex and Sheridan to slug it out for 4th and some drop Sheridan down to finish 6th. Looking for a good showing by the Chiefs in this match -up. Elm & Circleville should have been better match-ups. Lets see.

Had the Logan varsity with 179 yards to Sheridans 94. Each team had the ball 5 times. The 4th time Sheridan had the ball they gain 50 of their 94 yards. Logan had a TD pass on the 1st series of 20 yards. Missed a fg on their 2nd series. Had a 3 yard TD run on their 3rd series. Logan was 6 of 9 passing for 80 yards. Logan rushing was 99 net yards on 26 carries. One holding cost the Chiefs a 40 yard run. Over all there wasn't too many penalties.
