32 E to 33 W towards Columbus (in Athens)
Follow 33 W out of town, turn left onto Johnson RD (after you come down the hill on 33 and cross the bridge, 1st rd. to left)
Follow Johnson Rd. about .5 mile or so to HS on right.
If you miss Johnson Rd, continue on 33 W to SR 682 exit
Turn left at traffic light at end of exit
Stay on SR 682 (North Plains Rd. in town)
Go to second traffic light turn left onto Johnson Rd.
Follow Johnson Rd. .2 mile or so to HS on Left

Tigercannon I think you're on to something. Lets get with the cheerleading advisor. I also think Ironton fans should bring plungers into the game. Here's a cheer thats pretty strong: " Flush those Johnnies through and through, then we'll take a number 2." Go Tigers !
Re: D4, REGION 15- IRONTON VS. JOHNSTOWN
Ironton sure owes them one! Here's wishing the Tigers the best of luck in bringing home a victory. Who Dey???
Re: D4, REGION 15- IRONTON VS. JOHNSTOWN
All kidding aside I think this will be a great game by 2 teams that match up well. I was impressed with the execution of the Johnnies offense last year. They were fast. Although I don't think the score would've been the same if they played again the next week. Heck last year we gave Hartley a better game than Coshocton did and your game with Coshocton went down to the wire in the regional championship. Its all about matchups and any given night. If you want to talk matchups we beat Ashland who beat George Wash, WV who took Columbus Desales to the woodshed (49-20) and ended their current Ohio consecutive playoff record (18) who took Watterson into 3 overtimes and lost 21-24. GW did not have their stud RB against Ashland but he only rushed for 87 yds against Desales. GW didn't have 4 starters against Desales which includes Crouser, their stud fb/lb. So what does all that mean.....nothing. Go Tigers do what you do best and bring home the W.

If the actual address won't come up on your GPS use 35 Johnson Rd for the destination, it is basically across the street from the High School entrance and you couldn't miss it from there.

There you go that works. We are lacking that enthusiam from the fans and students.TigsFan wrote:Tigercannon I think you're on to something. Lets get with the cheerleading advisor. Anyway, this is just fun talk a little fun trash talking never hurt anyone.
Now to the game. Ironton has to do what they did last week Block, tackle and get after them on defense, and lastly and most importantly protect the football. Lewis is good as are other backs, but they will only go as far as the line goes. Lewis cant run if the line doenst block. Last week they did a great job blocking which helped him get loose.

Re: D4, REGION 15- IRONTON VS. JOHNSTOWN
If its true having BOTH Culbertson and Webb out for the game/playoffs changes everything. The importance of the line play cannot be emphasized enough. If Ironton loses it will be because they werent run blocking and like wise there run defense was pourous due to poor d-line play. The backfield is loaded and will get yards IF the blocking is there, I can guarantee that.
