Here is an interesting question:

Is there an interview or hiring committee for the head football coach's position or are the Superintendent and AD the only two who decide upon who the coach will be?

Wouldnt they make a recommendation to the school board and then the school board makes the final decision on who is hired?

Honestly, I do not know how it is done in Ohio.

Ultimately the school board would be the ones to offer the job and officially hire any teacher/coach/faculty.
