I don't think that the officiating was horrible, but I do think that the fact that FF went to the line and shot 19 free throws and Belpre only went to the line 6 times def made a difference. Regardless, the officiating had nothing to do with the fact that we came out ice cold to start the game.

The refs weren't terrible all around but that foul call to give Hoffman his 5th was one of the worst calls I've ever seen, he was straight up and didn't move a bit.

Could be the dumbest post ever. This is why some athletes feel a sense of entitlement. If the rule is you don't start than that is the rule. Making players follow rules will only make them a better team down the road. The coach isn't punishing the team, their teammates are. The players will think a lot more of a coach that enforces the rules than a coach that doesn't have the guts to do what is right and turn a blind eye.

last years fort team would have run this one outa the gym. Not a good team at all. Lidtke alone would make 10 pt difference, but he is supposed to thats why he was a 400 win coach. No precision like im used to seeing. Chandler lang is gonna have to look to score or there is noway in hell this team is gonna do squat. He is close to smith in shooting and quicker stronger and bigger . He also can handle the ball just fine. If he doesn't engage offensively its gonna be a long year for the cadets. The worst fort team ive seen in years.Very surprised to say the least. Warren will crush the fort by 40 pts if lang doesn't step up.

It was one game big dog relax. You obviously have not been to all the scrimmages they are actually playing pretty good. What did Henniger do wrong?Everyone has been telling Chandler to get aggressive. He had a good scrimmage vs Athens knocking down 4 threes.FF actually stomped Athens.Belpre is a tough matchup for Cadets as they are so big.FF only beat Belpre by 4 last season.FF wasent beating Warren regardless is Dan was coaching.

Belpre had Ullman last year. Huge difference. If Ullman was there last night it would've been a big belpre win. Last years fort team was way better.

"IF" is a big word. I think Belpre is going to be just as good this year as last year. Sounds like if Hoffman doesn't foul out they win this game. The key for Belpre will be staying out of foul trouble.

Belpre should be better.Everyone is a year older and the league is not near as strong. The "IF" was in direct response to dspy reply that the fort only beat belpre by 4 last year. Obviously belpre is a whole different team with Ullman. The key to the fort "growing" is chandler lang. I accually think he is better than smith he just isnt engaging. For fort to improve chandler has got to engage. Then you have a two headed monster instead of one. He is much to good a player to only score 1 point.

That we both agree with.Chandler is fantastic player he just needs to be more consistent in his point scorer. You won't find a better defender in PVC.Legrean will have a big year.Anderson got a little trigger happy but we needed that.Someone had to shoot beside Shon.Shon was 9-15 from field which is a great%.He needs to shoot 20-25 times a game.
