Was down in Logan this spring for a funeral and heard good things about the Chiefs. Sounds like they are going to be much better. Am following one of the grandsons up here who is attracting colleges, but will keep an eye out for the Chiefs

I'm no expert but I predict improvement this year. Don't know how many wins it will translate to, but I think their will be more close games this year.

Also looks like the helmets will have a "matte" purple finish from the front page of today's Logan Daily. Don't know if that means a decal change as well.

Some good news today. I was told the boys looked pretty good in the Bloom Carroll scrimmage.

I heard this was very much a "controlled practice" more than a scrimmage - very little live down and distance. Some early 7 on 7, then some work without receivers/DBs, then some 10 play sessions, and then a little bit of down and distance.

Heard Logan ran a lot of players in and out. Have some depth at most positions. Will be interesting to see how coaches narrow down their best 11 on both sides of the ball.

When will Warren make their first every play off game? Won't be this year. Starting with Athens they are on their way to 0 and 10. Wonder if they will even gain a point?

When Warren has a more then 1 winning season in 25 years Barlow then you can talk smack. Until then be happy with a 2 win season against some DVI team and some team from the backwoods WV.
