A couple of outcomes last night were not what "I" expected. Minford beating Valley surprised me a little, but we all knew that Minford has some very good players that can shoot.

Oak Hill beating West didn't surprise me, but the final score did surprise me. Any details as to what happened in this game? Wasn't it played at West?

When you shoot 34/38 from the charity stripe in your opponents home gym your chances of winning and winning big increases dramatically..Minford came out very hot and valley made runs to cut into lead but just ran out of time and gas from wat I heard..key to stopping Minford is defending ther three guards.

Attended Burg West game. Burg wins by 10. Difference in this game was coaching by West. Not sure why they had their best player in post and not out in space where they could screen for her. Cant win when you never get your best kid the ball. I feel bad for their team and especially 22 great athlete played her head off and never touched the ball. West needs a game pla n.One hard screen on a 4ft tall freshman chaser would be one strategy.

Burg.They have a nice freshman player. Young team. Looks like a good future for them.

West will improve once they have the two starters back but will continue to have close games and struggle to win if they do not play to their strength instead of just play all over the place. Otherwise it will be a long season for them.
