If abuck had been advocating legally recognized inter-racial marriage a few decades ago, you would have suspended those comments then, wouldn't you? But now those marriage rights are accepted. It took decades of fighting discrimination for people of color and females to achieve equality with the "all men are created equal" provision to make that statement and Constitutionally granted rights applicable to all humans of all genders and races.
How is this exclusion any different from the anti-miscegenation laws of the past?
See the appropriately named "Loving v Virginia" SCOTUS ruling and tell me how that is not equally applicable to people of the same gender as it was to people of different races.
