Eastern Pike 81
Symmes Valley 67
... the Pfloyd Tour made the trip to Eastern Beaver to see Eastern entertain Symmes Valley ... pfloyd was not disappointed , a very well played game, with the best team coming out on top ... the Eagles are a legitimate Elite 8 TEAM - solid fundamentally at both ends of the floor, 4 double digit scorers in the starting 5, Tavares Pickett is as good of player as you will find in Southern/Southeastern Ohio - a smooth midrange jumper; EHS has 5 players who can shoot the rock from downtown ... as good as EHS is offensively I was more impressed with the D - on the ball pressure? outstanding, help side defense ? outstanding, probably the only weakness I saw was the lack of size in the paint where a team with size inside can do damage vs EHS ... with that said Eastern Pike is MY KIND of TEAM - defensive pressure, fundamental basketball, offensive weapons everywhere on the court ...
