the state duals would be the next saturday if athens made it. that far. first they must get by gallia academy and winner of new lexington and sheridan dual this wednesday then the next wednesday they would have the winner of sub region 13-a then they could possibly make it to the state duals.

If tawney is healthy Gallia academy Athens dual will be much closer then the 1st time. i would still favor athens but my guess it would be by around 6 points or less this time. But gallia needs the points Tawney would bring to have a chance.

This could be a great weekend. Athens does a solid job with this tournament. Could/should be some rematches from the Miami Trace Tourney last weekend. Very important weekend for sectional seeding. With most league championships the week before sectionals. This is when the fun begins, better bring your best starting right now. Hope to get down to watch some of this.
Will Coach Kaiser's brother be bring his team from Kentucky back this year? They have been very competative and throw a great wrinkle into the mix.

I saw that gallia forfeited to athens at 126 (Tawney) i assume, any word on him for Deno?

They forfeited 126 cole tawney and 132 nathaiel Waugh. both injured at miami trace. I have no idea if either will be ready for the Deno, but i think if their are any questions they will set out Deno to be ready for league and sectionals.
