Re: Best offensive lineman
Blaine Scott is the obvious with Colin Boehm a close second. Does Ironton still have #74?

I agree with others...Blaine Scott and Colin Boehm are both tremendous linemen

Great?
You don't go 3-7 (and lose to a club team) playing Green's schedule with 3 great linemen. If you have 3 great linemen, you can put 6th grade backs behind them and win five games with that schedule.
Blaine Scott is the only "great" lineman I have seen around SE Ohio in a couple of seasons.

I'm a little bit surprised no one has mentioned Dalton Tomlison out of Eastern. He has D1 offers from Iowa State, Akron, Bowling Green, Cornell, and Central Florida that I can think of off the top of my head. He was also lineman of the year last year in the SOC1. I believe he and Blaine train together on occasion as well.
Look for big things from the kid from the young program in eastern Pike County. Get out to Beaver and see a game.

So we are judging "Great" based on the ability to block a washed up 35 year old former corner back? I mean if that is the case then there are great linemen everywhere. My apologies.

You realize that Sciotoville East is D7 and that is where Scott plays? The Bissell kid from Eastern is no slouch either. Listed at 6'5" and 275lbs. We will find out in back to back weeks. Last years Eastern defensive line dominated Green, and Green plays Eastern and Sciotoville East in week 3 & 4.Seabee_0586 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 24, 2017 1:22 pmWell I would put greens lineman against any out there in division 6 or 7Crab's Brother wrote: ↑Thu Aug 24, 2017 11:46 amWait.....Seabee_0586 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 23, 2017 4:13 pm Crab's brother come on over to franklin furnace and line up in pads against them and you will see the power just saying

I'd also take any of Trimble's line over Greens.

If not mistaken both of these youngmen was at West at one time. I know Blaine was until 8th grade.
