Eastern Brown vs Oak Hill

Post by buckmaster »

What are everyone's thoughts? I am an Eatern fan and think the Warriors will roll on!! Eastern has been very consists throughout the year. The combo of Lawson/Scott to much for Oak Hill!!

The oaks looked bad today. Fortunately for them they played a team that was worse.

Eastern must stay out of foul trouble and make oaks shoot outside shots.

If you were at the games yesterday I think it was oblivious that any of the teams can win their next game. Except for Zane Trace. I would love to see ZT play an A +++ game an make it a great game, but i just cant fathom Ironton playing that bad. Besides Ironton their was no clear cut favorite.

Eastern Brown by 13 I think Lawson can guard Hammonds and not need help I watched this kid as a sophmore at Peebles make Blake Justice really work to be a factor and he's a D-1 player at Akron.

Eastern has been very good on the defensive end the entire year. I just think they will be as contain Oak Hill and put enough points up to win the game.

I"ll take the Warriors by 8 but Oak Hill will slow it down enough to keep it close for 3 quarters

Really quiet. This might be the game of the night. Don't sleep on the oaks. We will slow it down and force the opposing team to execute perfectly. You get behind by 5-6 its like a ten pt lead for others. Tough to make runs on us.
Good luck to the oaks on Friday .

I don't think anyone is sleeping on the Oaks. Eastern does not play at a fast pace to begin with so a slow pace is not going to bother them. I think they average 50 some points per game but they hold their opponents in the low 40's. Should be a great game and look forward to the match up.

So has every coach Eastern has played all year. Some were more successful than others. Both of these coaches have been around a long time and will have their teams prepared. It comes down to which team executes the best.

Two great coaches, but I think the Warriors are just flat out more talented. Eastern by 7.

Not so fast my friend! Both Buechler and Persin have had less talented teams and have beaten more talented teams. This game comes down to who has less turnovers, shoots are better percentage from the field and line, and execution in a half-court offense.

Good luck to the Oaks, but I think EB is just 10+ points better.
