2nd question: If Danville and LC play at ODU tonight, why do not SW and ND also play there tonight?

Since OHSAA is in the business of hs sports it seems pretty obvious giving one team a game advantage on a court is wrong.
What were they thinking - attention to detail - i think not.

I think ND will want this game to be in the 40's and SW wants to run and gun it for a high scoring game. Not sure ND would have the bench to do that so look for this to be a slow down game.

ND's style of basketball is the run and gun. Yet so is Webster's. Both teams are going to get it out and push the ball in sure. As for ND not having the bench, well they play 9 guys to SW's 6.

joedirt_cinders... i wouldnt get carried away. this happens all the time with other divisions from year to year. i believe when oak hill won state in 09 newark catholic came down to athens to play them in regional finals (i think), and obviously oak hill had played 3 prior games there.

Good luck to the Titans and Coach Mader and his staff...if the outside shots begin to fall, this could be a classic for the Titans program. Great to have two Scioto County teams in the regionals....South Webster has a great team and it is going to take a great effort to beat them tonight.

I believe the current format is actually a positive for the Southeast District. It guarantees that a Southeast District team will play in the regional final. Also I believe they alternate the regional final between Columbus and Athens every year.
