Re: Ironton Football 2015
There is some talk the Columbus Eastmore Academy might give us a scrimmage. Wait and see at this point. Friday at noon is media day. Then Saturday at 8 is the South Point game. Ironton has a lot of kids out sick right now. Hopefully everyone gets healthy real soon and gets ready for the season. Teams the size of Ironton can't go without anyone being there. Everyone is a snap away from playing.

Re: Ironton Football 2015
Per Mark Vass today....No replacement for the Cleveland team for an additional scrimmage. He said it doesn't look like they will find anyone at this point in time.
ohbuckeye2 it was nice seeing you today at Media Day! If anyone wants a link to Media Day at Ironton he has good as you can get. You want pictures go to Kent Sanborn on Facebook or Southern Ohio Sports Photo.

Re: Ironton Football 2015
Ironton has some size for sure if they are in proper shape they can win quite a few games for sure.
I know the past few years practice was closely monitored due to low numbers so hitting in practice was limited due to injury concerns hopefully those days are far behind the Tigers.

Re: Ironton Football 2015
Ironton has got to have one of it's biggest size team in a long time. If they don't have a bunch of jelly bellies. I will get to check them out tomorrow night at the OVC preview. I would hate to drive 150 miles to see them play and they are as big around as they are tall if you know what I mean. Hope all the OVC teams have a winning season. Good luck all..

Whell ha wasky wabbits, Fudd is back, that's Elmers Fudd! Boy o boy does them Tigers have sum fine talent this year! Thang is though what will they due with it? Nun of you tiger fans couldnt help butt be excited after the fine job coache hass did lasts years...he shuts the mouths of them haters and you know who's they are and as far as the coach I know ole Elmers is a believers. I think the odds makers in Vegas be picking ironton over burgs by 13. that's if Ironton's knows how to acts and dont get excourted out the tigers dont wants to get drunks with success
but watt about the deepth? does that worries any other tigers fans? elmer aint trying to provokes no ones but he really believes that them tigers rolls through the ovc and they have tostarts another s trophy cages but how bad will it
hurtss them in a playoffs runs? konditioning is mores important if you gots nots much depths cause you knows if you goes deeps your going plays teams whos gots lots of good players to keep tossing at you
also last years coach went backs to what put Ironton on the map..however i knows a lot of the tops peoples at Ironton loves to gamble and might wanta take the team back to another offense I think it would be a mistakes.

Re: Ironton Football 2015
Not really sure what to say after the ovc preview, thought we would look a little better but it is only a scrimmage, Looking forward to see what happens this weekend with the Columbus school. We have this week to work out some bugs so we will see. Hopefully we turn things around with the Burg coming to town shortly. Let go Tigers!
