I don't see how you can be this close to the start of the next school year ('15-'16) and expect a lawsuit to be able to stave off closing. Wouldn't most of these teachers have already gone on the job hunt?

What school is Beallsville going to "officially" be a part of?

they'll have the option of Monroe Central, or River to be eligible for sports. Any place outside of the district they would have to sit out a allotted amount of games.

So if me and my neighbor both live on X Street and my kid wants to go to Monroe Central and the neighbors kid wants to go to River, the school bus will pick both kids up and take one to Monroe Central and the other to River? That doesn't seem to make much sense logistically.

I would imagine it would be overlapping bus routes, not 1 bus delivering kids to different schools. I know there are several limited locations around me where there are multiple buses that pass the same house. Right around Gampps BP station on 140, you could catch a bus to East, South Webster, or Minford. There are places on 522 where you could catch a bus to Green, South Webster or Wheelersburg...

A request for a special meeting of the Switzerland of Ohio Board of Education will be granted today as board members gather to reconsider a vote to close Beallsville High

Even if they decide to keep Beallsville open now, they wouldn't have a football schedule for 2015 season.
All their opponents have found new gaes except for Bishop Donahue, WV

The court ruling that keeps Beallsville open creates some issues. I think all the Ohio schools on Beallsville's original schedule have found new games. Now Beallsville AD is looking to re-create a varsity schedule. Should be interesting, but it may be difficult to get 10 games. May have to look at small Christian and home-school programs, and I'd think some WV teams (who have a bit more flexibility) might fit back in to.

The only WV schools that could possible play Beallsville is Hannan and Gilmer County.
All the rest of the teams that were on Beallsville schedule has replaced them with other teams and have a complete 10 game schedule.

Might contact Franklin Furnace Green and Frontier to get a game.

I show Frontier might be open Week 4 (assuming they don't play Van WV). I have Franklin Furnace Green full.
