Piketon High School Power Lifting Meet
Date: January 31 2015
Place: Piketon Junior High Gym- Old Piketon High School on West Street.
Weigh Ins: 8am till 9:30am
Time: Lifting begins at 10am
Boys Division: Light, Middle, Heavy 125,135,145,155,165,175,185,195,210,225,250, unlimited
Girls Division: Light and Heavy
115-160, 161-over
Lifts: Bench, Squat, Deadlift
Entry Fee: $10 per lifter
Rules: State Powelifting rules
Squat suites must be single ply
No Bench Shirts Allowed
Awards: Medals in each weight class for 1st -3rd and ribbons for 4th-6th (both boys and girls). Top lifter in Squat, Bench, and Deadlift in the 3 boys division and 2 girls division will also receive a medal.
Team Awards: Trophies for the top 3 teams
Admission: $5 per adult, and 12 or younger is free
Concessions: Provided by the Piketon Athletic Boosters
T-shirts:Will be available for $10

Thinking about bringing a team up from Racine. Do you know if they have a competition using cattle balls? Our kids use those a lot in training and we think we could dominate in that event.

Seen yer name on this here thred and figurd yood be talkin bout them danged waits. You aint coachin no more so leave them boys alone. Them waits throws of ther shot.
