Warren @ Portsmouth 1/10
Warren @ Portsmouth 1/10
Two teams with identical records going into a game that very well could decide who wins the SEOAL, thoughts?

Does the OHSAA allow a school to compete for two different conference championships?

Yes. Portsmouth is in both the SEOAL and the OVC, and could possibly win both leagues!superman06 wrote:Does the OHSAA allow a school to compete for two different conference championships?

I think When Zanesville was in the SEOAL they would take part in two different league track meets.

Portsmouth has Fairland the night before, this will have an effect in the forth quarter of this one

I think this will be a really close game. It always is. It will come down to the warrior defense in the second half. This group of kids never quit and have a great will to win.

Re: Warren @ Portsmouth 1/10
This has been a great rivalry over the last 5 years, and strangely the home team has not fared well. Warren has gone 4-1 at PHS over that time, while Portsmouth has a 3-2 record at WHS. The only Trojan win at PHS was a 69-66 win in the 2011-2012 season, in which PHS finished as D3 state runnerup that year.

TrojanDave, I hope the two schools continue to play each other in basketball after the two are in separate leagues next year, it's been a fun rivalry to watch.

Yes, this year already, Portsmouth was winless in the SEOAL Volleyball and won the OVC VB title, and if football gotto do that, they'd probably have done the same thing.
Oliver OSA beast!
