Don't over look Granville. They are a good team but ran into a match up nightmare since they ran the Athens offense. Desales will be the heavy favorites for region 9. They had a lot of injuries, young, and still made it to week 13.

Jackson will have a very, very good team and could go anywhere from 6-4 to something along the lines of last year depending on a whole host of variables that is way to early to discuss. We also have Chillicothe in that mix to the above I completely forgot about them in Week 2 as I recall. Undoubtedly one of the toughest schedules we have seen in a while.

DeSales is clearly one of the top 1-2 teams in the Region I agree.

But anyways
but it looks like this ! , Athens is the tough kid at the top of the mud hill now and for the past few years , but Logan has just hit their first slippery spot in a while and are trying to find their way back to the top ... It was Logan's hill , Athens took it from them , and it was well deserved ! I say the winner of this years game takes the crown , unless Nelsonvilles there to make it theirs again !

I'd say Jackson will take that crown this year, and will keep the SEOAL crown.

Will the SEOAL last long enough for Jackson to catch the Chiefs in Titles?

Trying to recall the location of the old Athens football field. I remember playing there when we where in 8th grade and getting screwed by the Ref's in 1968 when they said the wrong end of the football was across the goal line! Lost the Championship because of that call!

And still complaining about it. :122249

Probably those "danged Glouster refs." They use to like Athens back in those days.
