Does anyone have the score on Northwest and Oak Hill and where was that game played?

Did Valley and Burg play last night?

Burg 66
Valley 25

Valley was held to 3, 5 and 4 pts in the first 3 quarters until Burg called off the pressure

Northwest 48
Oaks 36

It seems that Oak Hill is having a hard time getting much scoring.

Don't fret. Southeastern is pretty darn good. They'll beat a lot of teams by that much or more.

New Boston
At
Western pike

Western hasn't been tested to this point with blow out wins over East Clinton,Green and East tonight should be a good test case with the improvement New Boston has made.

Lightle04 the Lady Indians are looking really good. Their commitment to defense has been the biggest improvement thay i have noticed. Really impressed with the 1 3 1 they run. And Erin Brewster PG has become a great passer in the fast break. Her court vision has been phenomenal. If they learn to finish more often they would be winning by a rediculous amount. Will get their first big test on Thursday vs Notre Dame who always has a good program.

I agree Ironman. The turnaround in this area for the Indians has been a head turner. Really impressive! They are just wearing teams out. Our big Chrissy Woods really controls the middle, and with her length has wreaked havoc on opposing offenses ability to get anything going in the paint. I have no child on this team, but they are fun to watch. I look forward to their next game. They have beaten the teams they should so far. Gotta get a win on Thursday vs Notre Dame to give them the know how to beat the teams they shouldnt. Dont know when they won vs ND last, but its been a while.

I agree last season there transition defense was very bad . Teams like Clay and Notre Dame would leak out every trip down the floor for easy layups. This season they have corrected that issue. And on offense they have to finish layups !! Period way to many missed ones by there bigs. But that's a easy fix the kids just need to focus and use the board. Notre Dame is a very well coached team and hard to beat at home but coach Carrol did a great job tonight the Indians got the blow out win and showed about 10% of there offense and defensive sets . So scouts haven't got to see very much . Should be a great game Thursday !!

Burg beat Webster by one point at the Burg. 29-28. An earlier post said no one would be within 20.

Congrats to the Indians on a huge win tonight! These teams could possibly meet 4x this season..a long shot but could meet up in holiday tourney and district. Eagles just need to regroup and get ready for holiday tournament Saturday.Western will be a team nobody wants to play for next few years.

GO EAGLES!!!

From what I saw Woods improved play is the difference maker , without her size and presence they are pretty average . JMHO . Guards are ok but the tall girl is the key .
