NCF - I agree. The playing field is being leveled in a number of different ways (via economics or the OHSAA), and I'm growing tired of it. Let OHSAA implement what they are going to, and let's see how it plays out. Thanks to you for staying out of the muck on this age old, tired rationalization. It was much more of a problem years ago, than what it is now. Yet, people still keep reaching back for this to rationalize why they lose.

LOL, don't think he's really staying out of it considering he started an entire topic about it. Then while discussing the game want to actually bring it up. Stick to the game, until rules change this is what is no matter what is said. Athens is coming to the shoe and Burrows will be walking out of the Shoe a champion before he's even gotten that scarlet and grey uniform. Look for this to be a very good game, you just get to this point and that's what one should expect from all of these state championship games. Really know nothing about Toledo C.C but I'm sticking with the local farm raised boys :122249.

Athens has played and beaten two private schools the last two weeks - and not a single person has mentioned PRIVATE school either BEFORE or AFTER the game.
