Ironton v. Wheelersburg. Week 12

I know from personal experience that playing a team that you beat handily earlier in the season may be one of the worst things that can happen to a team. I would hope that Wheelersburg knows that Ironton seems to have improved vastly since week 1 and that they shouldn't be overlooking us. That being the case, they are 16-18 year old kids, I know for a fact that those thoughts creep into the minds of kids that age... I just wonder if that may play any factor in this game. Should be a classic. but as always, GO TIGERS!

I follow both teams so i won't make any predictions, I do know Ironton played like a true playoff team last nite, they've came a long way since they played burg, but burg has too, about everyone on here will probably be talking trash this week, but just keep in mind that the important thing is we in southern ohio have a lock on a third round playoff game by one of our teams, and i will be right there with them. ok i'm done talking bring on the trash lol.

I just heard the same thing. LH has confirmed this and it is likely we will all travel to Jackson this Saturday.

I could only find stats for 7 of the 9 games. but in those 7, he's rushed for 1,078 yards.

Wow. It will be tough to run against the Burg d line. I look for another 50 yard game this week.

If I had to guess, I would say he's around 1.300-1,400 yards on the season. If he only has 50 this Saturday, It'll be a LONGGGGGGG night for us fighting tigers.

That's what he had week 1 against the Pirates. I'm just hoping for a repeat. Lol. Burg has keyed on the backs very well the past 5 weeks and hasn't allowed any team to rush over 60 yards. Hope the trend continues.

and just for your information i bet you if you ask run shoot 08 (HARTLEY GUY) who they would rather play

i am 100% confident HARTLEY WOULD RATHER PLAY BURG THAN IRONTON

and the reason for this is matchup of ironton vs hartley is much more dangerous to hartley than the burg vs hartley matchup= (undisputed FACT)
