Why does everyone think that DeSales is the 2nd coming of the 66' Packers?

River Valley won ... Vinton is winning ... does that mean Athens can pass Jackson, teach1?

Waverly winning should keep Jackson at #3. I had Waverly losing.

#1 Tri-Valley
#2 Dover
#3 Jackson
#4 Athens (barely behind Jackson)
#5 Granville
#6 Logan Elm
#7 likely DeSales after a win tomorrow afternoon

Prediction as of 10/25/14
#1 Tri-Valley hosts #8 Chillicothe (could easily be New Philly or Big Walnut)
#2 Dover hosts #7 DeSales
#3 Jackson hosts #6 Logan Elm
#4 Athens hosts #5 Granville

Just like last year, I predicted #1-7 after 9 weeks, but missed on #8.
#8 will be New Philadelphia or Big Walnut

Joe Eitel has it being New Philly.

Athens and Tri-Valley will roll in week 11. Big showdown in Zanesville week 12!!!

Is Athens vs Granville going to be like the Logan Elm game last year?

New Philly can't pass DeSales. I think #1-#8 are locked in.

The match-up's are locked. This is one of a couple regions that can say that.

You are right. This is IT!

Week 11
#1 Tri-Valley hosts #8 New Philadelphia
#4 Athens hosts #5 Granville
Winners play week 12.

Week 11
#2 Dover hosts #7 DeSales
#3 Jackson hosts #6 Logan Elm
Winners play week 12.

Unless you are Granville or New Philadelphia, you have to be thrilled with the brackets. Athens and Tri-Valley have to play before the regional final.

teach1coach2, is it for sure that with a week 10 divisor of .97 for DeSales that #7 is best they can do? Or can they get to #6? I think they also have a couple previous opponents that play today as well.

Unless Joe Eitel is somehow wrong, DeSales' max average is less than where Logan Elm currently sits. He takes into account the final L2 divisor in the max/min projections, so it should be locked in as it currently stands.

It's a lock. No one can "catch" anyone due to the results of Saturday games.

Look at the averages. The only two teams close are Jackson and Athens. If 3-7 Waverly doesn't beat 6-4 Chesapeake (L2 points for Jackson), Athens would have had the #3 seed.
