What are Valley's quality wins? They get a home playoff game no matter if they win or lose.

Coal Grove and Fleming Co (KY) are their wins against teams with a record above .500

Minford's wins vs. teams above .500 are Paint Valley, Oak Hill and Northwest

Is Minford really that much of an underdog in this game?

Look at how Minford competed with some common opponents (West and Waverly and Burg) and how Valley did against same and maybe Minford isn't that much of an underdog I don't know. Maybe a lot closer than some expect. Haven't had the opportunity to see either team play this year.

I think the key for a minford win is to keep it close. Valleys skilled players go both ways and tire a bit towards the end.

Valley has two wins against opponents with above 500 record and will host a playoff game? Wow thats crazy, I guess that region is weak?

I think it's a decent schedule. The ky win is what has them up there. Valley has beat who they were supposed to beat or at least favored in. That's all you can ask for. I know that valley posters are saying wait til next year but I think they will have the same problem they have this year, depth. Valleys skilled guys are some of the best in the area but their QB and RB is on the field a lot. If they can get a few guys to step up they will be hard to deal with.

Agree with this. Valley will be good next year but so will everyone else in the league.

Valley loses two starters. The future looks bright. Sure the whole conference will be better next year. The region probably will be too.

How close are you to the program? Obviously not very close. They will be a senior heavy team next year. I expect them to have a better team next year then they have had over the past few years. After next year, they could possibly drop off.

People have talked about the lack of depth and that is valid. The Indians will return all but 2 starters, and will have more depth because those kids who are freshman and sophs will have developed more over the year and will be ready for the friday night stage.

I think the SOC race will be a great one. I like Valleys chances to get another SOC title in 15, especially having West and Burg at home.

This game with Minford will be good, it usually always is. Valley should rest some of the hobbled players though, especially with a home game locked up.

We shall see... Their startes this year are lacking... Some good skill players and no line...
