Fort Frye wins 5 straight PVC title in a year when everyone said they would be down. Fort Frye has dominated this league since 99. Last 9 out 10 PVC titles have been won or shared by the Cadets.

If I did the math right Monroe Central can be the 1 seed in the OVAC if they beat Frontier , River , and Fort Frye if they lose any of the 3 they will play Magnolia.
