This is a must win at home for the Falcons to have momentum going into league play next week. This Falcon team has talent, but has been plagued by turnovers. If they can hold on to the ball, I believe they'll show the area they can compete in the SOCII this year.

Minford usually has Oak Hills number during the regular season. The only year I can remember in recent history Oak Hill beating Minford was the 2009 the infamous, "Hug the Ref game," Minford had a TD called back on a phantom holding call and the Oak Hill players hugged the ref after the game to win by 6.

The last time Oak Hill beat Minford at Minford was 1999. If Oak Hill is going to beat them at Minford, I would say this is the year to do it.

To close to call I watched the Minford vs.soutpoint game Minford turned the ball over 6 times. If the falcons do this Friday the oaks will win.

I agree if the Falcons hold onto the ball they'll win. However, if they cannot hold on to the ball, it's going to be the first time the Oaks have won in Minford in 15 years.

Awesome win by the boys! Really proud how they stepped up after losing one of their leaders and one of the better players in the area last night. All around solid effort overcoming adversity and getting the job done. Hopefully all the injured get healed up for a big game next week!
