Good post but the defense is still up in the air for me. You played one game and NC threw the ball 2 times. Lets see what happens when they have to play a team that has speed and will throw the ball.

The reason they only threw 2 times is because pressure forced him to pull it down and run. Im not saying they called a lot pass plays but it was more than 2.

The young Newark Catholic team had two QB's and were not sure which one was going to start until last week. The QB they started runs the ball 70% of the time. I believe he is a freshman and they started 7 sophmores. Just a good reason not to pass much.

Guess we will see if those 7 sub 4.5 forty kids can keep up with the Trojans' speed. A late turnover will decide it. Question is who makes it?
