If at first you don't succeed, skydiving probably isn't for you...

CG 6 PW 28, changes def need to happen, there is game film for a reason n head coach has to see it, you can't sit your more experienced bigger players and play freshman that don't get their blocks or can't tackle!!

NY defense is not looking as good as it did against Trimble and Newark Catholic.

Re: Week 3 Scoreboard
I couldn't agree more! They have a JV team for a reason, the Freshman need to be playing there so next year they have the strength, knowledge, and experience they need to compete. They are just not quite Varsity level yet. Too many older, talented kids sitting. Do they not have challenges for positions anymore? What about #53, he hurt? I think it's the first year I haven't seen him start O. O line looks awful, they can't make a hole. They have a very obvious strong and weak side. The strong side has a lot of talent, but they can't do their job when the weak side can't block and they get stuck blocking way more than they should. Give them two boys what should be their normal load and I promise you will see the holes. I hope the coach finally sees it and acts this week, otherwise we are in for a long season. For a new, young coach in CG, he is (or at least was before Friday) getting a lot of support and fans excited. More fans at the game than I've seen in a long time, but I don't think it will stay that way long if no changes are made.Footballrules wrote: Fri Sep 08, 2017 9:33 pm CG 6 PW 28, changes def need to happen, there is game film for a reason n head coach has to see it, you can't sit your more experienced bigger players and play freshman that don't get their blocks or can't tackle!!

53 isn't hurt, he lost his defense position for "swimming" too much or at least that's what I've been told.Fridaynightlightsfan wrote: Mon Sep 11, 2017 9:23 amI couldn't agree more!
