Re: GAHS basketball?
coach harrision has a good group of boys who are working hard this summer. its in good hands if the PARENTS just "buy in" to what he sells
Re: GAHS basketball?
Understand GAHS went 9-2 in Jackson summer League. Lost to Oak Hill in extra quarters.
Re: GAHS basketball?
I don't think Oak Hill played in Jackson this summer.... I know Minford played Piketon in the 1 vs2 game to conclude the league. I did watch Minford beat Gallia twice including once on the last night of play.

Re: GAHS basketball?
blue has a good inside presence but he needs to play in the paint because he don't have a jump shot at all. I don't think this team is nearly as athletic as past teams and lose a lot of speed at the PG and 3 pos losing Eastman and Jerrell. 9-2 looks good at summer league play but not a measuring stick. this team could have trouble scoring and they were really suspect on defense last year. the easy schedule could help.
I think 7-8 wins are possible not nearly as good as last year.

but would not 7 or 8 wins against this schedule compared to last still not be an improvement.
