Hillsboro Coach Resigned?

Beagle 12 - In fairness, Tim Davis was not fired or run out. He is now an assistant principal (or, a principal) and the board of education does not permit people in administration to coach. But, the community believes that the coach should win every game. If they lose even one game, it is the coach's fault. Half of the people in the stands really believe that they know more about coaching than the guy on the bench who is being paid to coach. Half of them couldn't find their car in the parking lot. A sad situation.

If someone believes a coach should win every game they have to be dismissed as idiots. Hillsboro didnt lose one game over the seasons they lost many, there were issues that needed corrected and improved. It may have possibly been done without the dismissal of the coach. Kids have to believe in a coach+ his methods and strategy, unfortunatly the parents have to as well. if not their spewing poison to their kid about the faults of the coach. Hillsboro does seem to have a few families in the stands that know the sport well, they were split on the issue.

Hard to believe Hillsboro has fallen this far. Like others have said, stability is the key to success. Remember Waverly having some good games Hillsboro with back in the late 70's/ early 80's. Hope both teams get back soon.
