Kacee Jenkins drove in Madison Spohn from 2nd base with 2 outs in the 7 the to win it.
Portsmouth simply played a very good game and had ample base runners to win it but Jenkins kept making huge pitches and with the go ahead run on 3rd in the top of the 7th Jensen Oberholzer made great defensive play to end the inning. Jackson went to the 7th inning only having 4 hits but Madison Spohn singled and just before Jenkins walk off heroics....Sam Humphreys drilled what looked to be a GW walk off HR but in atypical fashion the wind was blowing in from center and ball was caught.
Hats off to the Portsmouth girls as they played an excellent game.
Jackson moves to 6-1 on the season, winning 6 in a row and are 4-0 in SEOAL action

South Point 4-0 ovet Rock Hill 0. KB Payne threw a one hitter and hit a two run homer on SP's first ever game at the new field!
