Yes this one will be close until right after RV steps off the bus. After that it will be ugly, early and often.

The last RV win was so epic that N-Y''s staff got into a fisticuffs during halftime and caused them to resign.

You're prolly right. I like the running clock because it brings the agony of a game like this to an end quicker. The only negative is it will keep the Bucks second half scoring down. Just have to score as many as possible in the first half I guess.

I'm pretty sure the junior and sophomore class put a beat down on your Buckeyes in junior high. As for this year I agree it will be a tough one for the raiders but to say that last years score will be as close as it will be for a long time is ludicrous.

You're right it's not. I would only expect the kids to improve. With that being said do you think your kids have improved 40 points? Do you think maybe that RV has improved as well from those junior high years?

Yeah it doesn't really work that way. Juniors at Meigs trounced everybody in the league for two years. Half of them don't play anymore. That dominance of one class hasn't really translated yet. It didn't really at the JV level. It's about the kids you have in all four grades.

Looking at the RV and Gallia score, and then looking at NY (granted they lost a lot) but still are pretty loaded, this one is going to be downright ugly.

Could be a 50 point spread.

Hoping the Raiders can keep this game under control.

Would be a great win for the young Raiders........they cannot lose fight (ie GAHS) and slow down the NY running game for this to be a contest.....RV has yet to play their best.......I hope to see it Friday

GO RAIDERS!!!! GO #7!!!!!

If RV wins, will there be another boxing match between coaches in the parking lot after the game? If so, this game needs to be on Pay per view! The fight of the century.

We'll never know cause there is no chance NY will lose. A source close to the situation has overheard some of the coaches say they'll quit coaching if they lose this one, so that tells me they know they're going to win.
