I don't think teams can play "regular season" games as long as they are in the tournament, must be made up once they are eliminated if not before the tournament begins.

Pretty sure this is not correct. Per OHSAA Regulations the 2013 Boys Season started 11/29 and ends 3/1. Any regular season game (up to 22) can be played between those dates. In or out of the tournament has no impact. Keep in mind though the Sectional Tournament also ends on 3/1.

... yes that is correct ... games (make ups either league or nonleague games) can be played while either a team of both teams playing the makeup game are still playing in the post season ... games can not go past the end of the state tournament games ...
