Yep this is true heard it the other day. Best wishes to Scott he will be missed. I think Coach P and him
would have been good for the Spartans but I'd say Coach Penrod has a few good coaches to bring with him also.

Good to hear but also not suprisee. Coach Penrod will always have his kids energized and prepared mentally and phsicsllu

Thought Hinton would return to coaching football. He will be at Amanda Clear Creek next season. Who will coach Alex Basketball? Doseck will be the front runner and the move of his daughter back to Alex will put them in the hunt in the tournament next year.

Athens will be in the hunt for a DII regional title with most of their players back from a team that won 25 games last year. I highly doubt Doseck goes anywhere, not to mention Mr. Doseck will probably want to watch his daughter play college basketball the following season as opposed to coaching high school.

Two years ago - your post would have validity Green Beagle. But not now.
