Logan at Warren 1/10
Logan at Warren 1/10
Triple header on Friday night at the Warrior Dome with the freshman scheduled to tip at 5pm. Maybe we can get some insight into Logan's season so far from Pfloyd and as always, Go Blue!!!
Re: Logan at Warren 1/10
Logan has struggled with their offense. Going into the Warrior Dome is a tall order for the Chiefs, to say the least. I don't think they have won on the road this year.

Will be interesting to see how Coach Maddox and the Warriors choose to defend 6'8" Kevin Fisher. The only time all year they won't have the atvantage of length on the perimeter. Warren's guard contingent of Henthorn, Kidder, Mazurkiwitz and Dennis will create havoc on the defensive end. Question is can they "create turnovers defensively" and play "under control offensively". As this group is maturing it translates to more opportunities for a Warrior victory.

The Big Bad Blue were just that Friday night as they routed Logan 80-47 at the Warrior Dome. The Warriors Big 3 combined for 61 points. Michael Hall had a MONSTER game with a game leading 23 points, 14 rebounds and 7 assist. The 6'6" Junior was a major headache for the Cheiftians the whole game. Even French had 22 points and Reece Patton chipped in with 16 points. When Warren gets those 3 clicking they are very hard to beat 4sure.

How many games do you see where a team at half time has NO defensive rebounds? Logan had none tonight. They did have 5 offensive rebounds, but that was all. The Warriors cleaned the glass all night. Maybe Hall best all round game of the year. Good game by all.

Re: Logan at Warren 1/10
... this one was over early ... Warren held Logan to NO field goals for the first 7 minutes and 59 sec before Chance Cox hit a three at the buzzer to end the 1st quarter Warren 22 Logan 8 (a trey and 5 FTs) THAT was as close as this one got the rest of the game ... Logan scored a little less than their average for the season on offense 44 points on the game (47.3 ppg coming into this one tonight) ... defensively the Chiefs were holding their own on the season giving up 48.6 per outing - but the Warriors threw the 80 spot at the Purple ... Warren 80 Logan 44 final
... WarriorBlue ... this was the 3rd time I've seen the Warriors this season - this was by far the best that Michael Hall has looked ... he appeared very comfortable , the game looked easy for him - he let the game come to him, handling the ball, getting to the rim, looked good shooting the ball for the first time in the 3 games I've seen him play ... the Big 3 got it done as did the Warrior D ... 61 points offensively for Hall/French/Patton ... had to have had 25 boards between the 3 as well ... I'll see Coach Maddox and the boys again this afternoon at Chesapeake vs Fairland for yet another "eye test" ...
