Why does D3 play on neutral site but D2 doesn't?

Don't know very much about D3...records look fairly even. I would guess Lynchburg, ZT, and Wheelersburg.

D2...Warren, Unioto, FU, and Marietta.

thanks RxBurgFan...don't get accused too often of being a thinking man. Actually D2 is still playing home games...Marietta and Warren are on grass...not sure if the other two are on turf or not.

Marietta over Jackson 5-2. Mtta jumped out 3-0 8 mins into game. It was 4-1 at half. Mtta added another on PK in the second half to make it 5-1. Jackson added a late goal on second team defense when the keeper slipped in the box.

The Jackson - Marietta game was more even than the score indicates. The shots were almost identical and possession was close. The big difference was Marietta finished on the chances they had and Jackson did not. Jackson was more concerned with the way the game was being called than playing to it. Congrats to the Tigers and good luck the rest of the way.

Waverly and Warren had an excellent first half with both teams having numerous chances. Waverly scored first and held a lead for about 5 minutes until Warren tied things up. They took the lead with 4 minutes remaining on a header at the far post for a 2-1 halftime lead. The 2nd half was all Warren as they had the wind at their back and Waverly was gassed. The score probably should have been 3-1 but Warren got 3 really late. Great season from Waverly and Warren is the real deal.
