Whoever controls the LOS on both sides of the ball wins this game. I'll take Waverly in a tight one, 26-21.

I think the Tigers will overcome the 14 points that are already on the scoreboard and win by 7! Good luck Waverly!

Only 14? So are you already complaining about the officials, or do you think the home crowd will be that much of a factor?

Looks like it might turn out to be a pretty warm evening, with a high in the upper 80s for Friday

How big is the away side bleachers? And are there areas where you can stand and see the game? I've never been to the stadium
Re: Waverly (4-0) @ Nelsonville-York (4-0)
Not the biggest but it holds most visitors. There is standing room. Over all it is a nice place and good food.

Great HS Football venue. Plenty of seating for the Tigers.MasterOfNone wrote: ↑Tue Sep 19, 2017 2:12 pm How big is the away side bleachers? And are there areas where you can stand and see the game? I've never been to the stadium

Plenty of parking , good food and nice facility. NY does a nice job with all their sporting events . I'll take the Buckeyes in a tight one .

Ny has played a little tougher schedule. .
I think if Ny can pop a couple good passes to spread waverly out and give Wilburn some room get up field Ny will be tough to beat..

NY can only gain from this game, a loss barely drops them in rankings and prepares them for week 10, while a win will make them untouchable in the region

Re: WK5 Waverly (4-0) @ Nelsonville-York (4-0)
I kind of agree with you, NY can afford to lose this game more than Waverly can. The Tigers can't lose more than two games and expect to make the playoffs, it is difficult to make the top 8 in that region. Waverly's next three out of four games are going to have a huge impact on if the Tiger's have a chance to make back to back playoff appearances. NY, Burg, and West being those three big games. I feel like they need to find a way to win 2 of those games in order to have an honest shot. All 3 of those teams are currently undefeated, so those would be nice level 2 points.Lt.
