Floyd, Zane trace is the clear favorite. With unioto close behind. Piketon and southeastern will battle for third. I wouldn't be shocked if they both had 4-5 league losses. After watching some scrimmages of some of the top teams mentioned trace will dominate this league and win it easily.

Zane Trace and Unioto will battle for the title, I believe. I have no idea where my Streaks will finish. It will be difficult until Farmer returns (around Jan. 1 I'm told) and by then contending for a league title may be out of the question.

Unioto is easily the most talented team in league top to bottom. They really should win it.

sportsfan, since you know so much, why dont you share with us your predictions? lol Piketon has won the SVC 4 out of the last 5 years, and in 09-10 they were second by 1 game, so like the old saying goes, they are the defending champs and deserve some respect. Do I see us winning the league, anything can happen. Unioto and Zane Trace have solid talent, SE as well can contend, but I dont see either of these 3 teams being head and shoulders above the rest. Lets Go Streaks~!

Pfloyd, I believe that is accurate but watch out for the young streaks at Athens!

Floyd, the first game with SE and ZT had the pioneers mixing up their lineup and so did se. The point fir se is very quick and their big played well. Mowery looked smooth for st, but it was a preview and no one showed much. Unioto and westfall was close, hosley is athletic and fluid and the guards for unioto did pick up 3/4 court and westfall i cant pin point anyone player bu they did hang around the shermans. Piketon had balanced scoring from three players and huntington had a couple of kids who worked hard on the boards. We left before the last game, like i said no one showed much, but it does look like the league will be top heavy.

thanks eagle73 ! ... previews are just a showcase, not even a good scrimmage situation really as no one wants to show their hand ...

SE's starters looked very good at the Preview. Very impressed with the play of Jordan Allen and Dylan Miles. Looks like its going to be an exciting year for Panther fans ! Good luck Panthers.
