I dunno who it is that runs a 4.41....but IF he does, maybe he has a fumble problem, or something like that?

I have never heard anyone say that ever. But there are a lot of quick young men on this team. I knew who you are talking about though. He may very well have 4.4 speed. He plays defensive end and that is an excellent spot for him. He gives opposing quarterbacks fits in the passing game. As far as playing offense, Coach Crabtree knows what he is doing and will put personnel in the proper position that is best for the team. But as far as a fumble problem. No...
Valley has plenty of speed in the backfield and at reciever, so throwing a guy in there with 4.4 speed will not change the outcome of a game when you have enough speed to run away from defenders now. If Crabtree needs him later down the road, you can bet he'll use him.

Theres a very good chance we can make in with a 5-5 record. South Point will probably finish at 6-4 as will Southeastern. Ironton is a wildcard, they are probably looking at a 4-6, 3-7 type year, but you can't count them out. Not sure, but our win over Minford might give us more points than one if not both of those schools.

However, Valley is a different animal. Coach Crabtree has had his way with Tripplett over the years. I think it continues. Valley by 2 scores.
That is a stupid statement. Lets see, the first year Triplett was at West, West QB fumbled at least 3 times and still had a one td game. The 2nd year, I recall West beat Valley by 40 points or more.
Several years, the game was a nail biter and at Valley and after several blatant bad calls on fumbles, Valley gets the ball back over and over, talk about home field advantage. Never seen such a bad ref job than at Valley. Then the year West
was 7-0 going against a solid Valley team and the first few plays of the game the stud for West goes down with a terrible injury and West almost pulled the win off then. So in my opinion, West has had their share of bad luck when it comes to playing Valley. Good Luck is overdue for West against Valley. Triplett and company by 2 scores.
And Crabs brother, you been full of yourself long enough.

My statement is stupid but yet your's ran through years of excuses why West shoulda, woulda, coulda. Listen man, West has a very solid program. They have had a lot success over the past several seasons. I have a lot of respect for Coach T having played against him and talking to him on several occasions when Coach Parkes was still on the staff. They may very well win this game.

I only quoted your first post, but I will respond to all the ones you have made in this topic....

1. You predicted a win - Nothing wrong here
2. You argue with a fellow Sider --- No comment
3. You say West has a realistic chance - Defiantly agree
4. You again talk about how Valley had "extraordinary luck" but in true talking out both sides of your mouth fashion, you say you aren't taking anything away from Valley - You can't have it both ways.
5. You claim that I tell people "all the time how great Valley is" - Could you find me some posts where I have told how great Valley is this season? I mean I don't remember saying that, but you know I spent a long weekend in Chicago watching the Bucks, and I may have forgot some things.
6 and 7. Just general comments.

Dude, everyone is entitled to their opinion. I gave mine (and included a fact - Coach Crabtree has had his way with Tripplett) and you got real defensive.

Go Indians!

I think West makes it at 5-5. A win over Valley or Burg and they will end up 6th.

Crab Crab Crab Crab, my man. Where to begin . Valley and West have had mostly heated contests the years that Triplett and Crab(apparently your brother!HA)have been battling at West and VaLLEY. West has had some bad luck against Valley with the exception of the year Triplett beat Crabtree 40+ to zip. The year Schaffer was coach felt the same. So to say Crabtree had his way is about as arrogant a statement as one can get. Trip has his way with Crab for sure ONE year but that was a blow out, THAT is having your way. The rest of the years were games, the ones I saw or heard about or saw later anyway. I am certain you will go back and show me to prove how great you and your 'BROTHER" are. We all know the worst West had against Valley came when West was poised for a good playoff run and undefeated. Then Pendleton goes down in a tragic way the beginning of the game . West was stunned still gave a game to Valley. That game was a win for West. The point is you question everything anyone says, I believe I stated West should beat Peake by 2 tds and you go crazy cause Valley is so out of our league and they had a little trouble with Peake so West couldn't possible win by 2 tds. I don't have to respond to those persistent requests of yours to prove why why why. I have my reasons and don't need to put them on here for you. And I was correct. Same as last week. I said West by a td. So I am predicting West by a td. And what someone that claims to be a West fan that glorifys Valley that isn't even from West and got kicked out of Northwest and hates on West coaching staff and has the IQ of a pea, and makes the entire West community look stupid and has been kicked off here countless times has to do with you is beyond me..but I don't have any respect for armchair fans like him that get off on the attention he gets. Football involves some luck like it or not. I happen to like your so called Brother the head coach. he has 25 or more wins in a row against Everybody and that is HARD TO DO. BUT he had to along with talent AND SOLID coaching have some luck to do that. One more thing before you start with more of the same. West will have to be a td or two better than Valley to get the win and I believe they can.Good Luck WEST

First...He is not Coach's brother, nor is he implying that he is with his username. Secondly he is not just talking about Crabtree having his way with Triplett just during his west years. It goes back before that.
I think Valley's defense is too fast and strong. West might get out of there with a TD but that's it. I just hope my car doesn't get keyed!

 One thing for sure. Win lose or draw lets get both teams out of there without the last quarter the refs play a big role. If west loses and the game is played by the kids and not the refs, then more power to valley for the win.

As usual, this is a train wreck....Valley is 5-2 vs West since joining the conference.

2006
West 28
Valley 12 - West gave Valley 12 points to welcome them to the conference.

2007
Valley 15
West 8 - West gave this game to Valley, due to the fact that they wanted to rest

2008
West 43
Valley 0 The 11-1 Siders were REALLY mad at Valley from the year before.

2009
Valley 21
West 17 - West gave Valley this game, because they still were feeling bad about the year before.

2010
Valley 21
West 14 - Pendleton gets hurt EARLY, and West players are too sad to finish out the game, and Valley took advantage of a distraught team and coaching staff, hated seeing pendleton hurt, Valley got so lucky here.

2011
Valley 28
West 20 - Both teams came in undefeated, and West was supposed to push Valley around. The Indians were the stronger team, but word is West players werent feeling too well that night due to the team meal....Valley gets lucky again.

2012
Valley 30
West 0 - West thought since they shut out Valley back in 08, it would be proper to allow the Indians a shut out so that Valley could gain a little confidence, which was greatly appreciated.

Yea, well I expected nothing less than from the all mightly Valley fans. You just clarified my point. They were all good games. I am sure the coaches have mutual respect unlike the fans.
